Background and theme color are missing

Sorry, I didn´t explain myself correctly.

I´ve changed them on the localhost, but when i migrate the site It goes back to the default values, even though in my theme´s options I have the correct values. These are my current settings:

I don´t know what really happened. I´ve migrate the site from a mamp pro localhost:8888 to my new host guadalajara.biz. In order for my customer could see it before we go live in his domain. I´ve copied all the content in the server root http and imported the SQL database, everything is fine except the colors. Can´t change the color of my site in the style options settings.
